i carry your heart with me

I remember this poem from you in high school. I think you wrote it in my year book or in some letter you gave me. I always liked that poem. I heart you :)
it is a great poem- Cameron Diaz says it to Toni Colette in "In Her Shoes" which is the only movie I have ever liked Cameron Diaz in. Maybe it's because she recites that poem. That part made me cry.
